This includes those who are at high risk i.e. border workers, recently exited an MIQ facility etc but who do not have symptoms. Swabbing is from 8am through to 4pm daily including weekends. If there are large numbers, we may stop taking new patients earlier so that we can complete all those who have registered for a swab.

On arrival please park and see the staff member at the main entrance who will register you and explain the process. You MUST wear a mask when coming to the main entrance and when you drive through for your swab.

If you need to see a Doctor, even if this is for respiratory symptoms, please go to our Papakura site.

Counties Urgent Care 6-18 O’Shannessey Street, Papakura – will be open normal hours 8am to 10pm daily – Full Urgent Care services are available on this site for urgent medical conditions or injuries. If you have symptoms consistent with the virus, are unwell and need to see a Doctor, come to the Papakura site.

As part of your consultation, if you need a COVID swab, this will be done for you at Papakura. On arrival please park, and present to main entrance. A nurse will assess you there by asking you some questions and getting your details and will explain the process for you to see a Doctor. You may be asked to return to your car once you have seen this nurse as you may be seen by the Doctor in the carpark.

*’Fit to Fly’ COVID swabs can be done at our Papakura clinic from 8am – 5pm Monday to Sunday. For more information about these please click here.*
